Independent Advocacy's Online Policy Manual
This manual is written for you: our individuals, your guardians and the staff of Independent Advocacy (I.A.) Inc sometimes called an “agency.” It is not written in very simple easy to read English but we hope your legal guardian and or a friend or your staff will help you to understand it. As an agency, we are committed to adhering to the CET Standards (Creating Excellence Together) set out by Persons with Developmental Disabilities Community Board and Alberta Community Disability Services. We hope you will find that this manual reflects our dedication to our work and how important you are to us and how important our staff are too.
